Feel free to return unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days (more flexible during the holidays) of delivery to exchange it for a different item. You pick up the shipping to get it back to us, and we pay for the shipping to get the new item back to you. We do not accept returns/provide refunds.
We charge free or flat shipping rate that increases as additional items are added to your cart. The increase allows us to pay for the cost of shipping as well as any handling fees associated. Most orders are processed within 7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get an email notification
Lost/Damaged by postal carrier: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal carrier. However, if your package has not been received within 5 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email, contact us (email@example.com) and we will be happy to help resolve the issue if possible.
